Third-party subscriptions, provider usage, messaging fees, media spend, migration, custom integrations and work outside the stated scope are additional unless a proposal expressly includes them.
Effective October 6, 2026 and valid until replaced. A dated signed proposal controls the final scope, price and its own acceptance period.
