Data we collect
We collect information you submit voluntarily, Blueprint data, consent preferences and minimal technical data required for security. We do not sell personal data.
Purpose and control
We use information to deliver requested experiences, respond, schedule sessions, protect the platform and improve it when consent exists. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact page.
Specific information
Depending on the experience you use, we may receive your name, email, company, role, WhatsApp number, website, Blueprint answers, currency preferences, meeting availability, submitted messages and selected package, request type, platform, solution, industry, case, campaign, insight or resource context. We also process request references, security logs and analytics events when consent exists.
Retention
The detailed nine-category schedule still requires legal approval. Until then, public Blueprints show their applicable period on the results screen, and retention or deletion requests are reviewed through Contact.
Providers and transfers
We may use infrastructure, email, security, CRM, automation and analytics providers to operate the service. We limit information to the relevant purpose and document additional requirements during enterprise contracting. We do not sell personal information.
Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. It receives the route, language and allow-listed interaction events; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or internal request identifiers to it.
Your choices
You may reject optional analytics, correct information before submitting a Blueprint and request access, correction, deletion or objection through Contact. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where a legitimate obligation applies.
Current preference: Essential storage only
In an enabled workspace, you can export your data and delete your account after confirming your password and email. This revokes sessions and consent, deletes private Advisor context, and anonymizes your identity. Shared work and audit records remain attributed to “Deleted user”; an owner must transfer the organization before deleting their account.
Security and contact
We apply technical and administrative controls proportionate to the website and contracted service. No system is infallible. Report privacy questions or suspected incidents through the Contact page and select the relevant context.
