He has more than a decade of experience delivering technology projects for government institutions, corporations and private companies, combining software development, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and business strategy.
He was lead developer of SCEPTAR, a federal loan tracking, processing and analytics platform used to oversee and report on loan portfolios of up to USD 2.6 trillion. He also contributed to technology systems for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), associated with approximately USD 800 billion in loans for U.S. small businesses.
He developed a security, risk analysis and operational intelligence platform with coverage for more than 100,000 employees in Mexico.
He has led cloud infrastructure solutions with capacity to serve more than 25,000 daily users across more than 80 companies.
Under his leadership, Ironhand has developed a portfolio of more than 40 technology solutions, including SaaS platforms, business applications, commercial intelligence and AI automation. His career also includes technology projects for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Arkansas and educational and business collaborations in the United States and Mexico.
Educated in Management Information Systems at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, André combines business strategy with technical expertise to turn complex needs into implementable solutions.
He currently leads Ironhand's technology and commercial expansion, advancing new platforms, international projects and innovation opportunities.
