IRONHAND / AGENT 01Client inquiry: “We need help improving administration across three offices. Could someone contact us?”
Negotiated pricing, discounts and contractual commitments stay with an authorized person.

Agents take on defined tasks. Full position replacement requires a separate scope and workload review.
Illustrative editable assumptions—not Ironhand prices. Changing currency keeps amounts; enter your own costs. No conversion is applied.
Cash realization means reduced overtime, avoided hiring or an actual staffing change. The monthly budget covers the whole selected team, including expected usage and hosting; it does not multiply per agent.
after the review time you allowed for
Capacity is not payroll savings. This models task processing, not total company production, revenue or guaranteed headcount reduction.
Monthly hours = tasks × minutes ÷ 60. Freed hours = monthly hours × automation share × (1 − review share). Capacity value = freed hours × hourly staff cost. Net monthly cash savings = capacity value × cash realization − total monthly agent budget. Payback = implementation budget ÷ positive net monthly savings.
Conservative uses 75% of your automation assumption; expected uses 100%; optimistic uses 120%, capped at 95% automation. Throughput compares the same labor hours for the modeled task mix. Agent count does not multiply savings. Taxes, financing and exceptional third-party fees are excluded. All monetary assumptions are editable; actual scope and pricing require a proposal.
Design coverage around your customers—not just office hours. Set the knowledge, tone and approval boundaries before an agent goes to work.
Illustrative coverage scenario. Availability and response times depend on the agreed service.
Configure approved knowledge, brand voice, permissions and escalation. Choose an example rule to see the difference.
“I can prepare your request. An authorized person needs to approve any discount before I confirm a price.”
A defined scope. A measurable baseline. A controlled launch. Expand when the evidence supports it.
Choose a repetitive workflow and agree what success means.
Confirm system access, approved knowledge and human approval rules.
Review quality, exceptions, time saved and operating costs before expanding.
Sometimes a defined role may be substantially automated. We first map its tasks, exceptions, permissions and accountability. The calculator shows equivalent capacity; it does not assume that every hour saved becomes a payroll reduction.
We review the systems, API access, data quality and permissions before confirming any connection. A platform shown here is not a promise of a prebuilt integration. The proposal states what is included.
Its workflow should stop or escalate according to the agreed rules, with context for an authorized person. High-impact decisions need an explicit approval path. Agents still require monitoring, maintenance and quality review.
No. Demos are fictional interactive examples. Savings are modeled from editable inputs, not measured customer outcomes. A scoped pilot establishes your actual baseline, quality requirements and operating costs.
Select an industry, build a team and review the assumptions. Download the plan or request a scope conversation. Paid work begins only after you accept a proposal defining deliverables, pricing and service terms.
*24/7 operation depends on the agreed deployment, connected systems and service terms. All agents, integrations and outcomes are scoped before commitment.
